There are two types of online stores which tend to sell iPod Touch cases.

The first type of online stores which tend to sell iPod Touch cases is that of stores associated with the manufacturers of the cases they sell. These effectively serve as the ‘factory outlet stores’ for the iPod Touch case manufacturers in question. The stores in question tend to have limited inventory: given the fact that they only stock iPod Touch cases made by the manufacturers behind them.

The second type of online stores which tend to sell iPod Touch cases is that of reseller stores: that is, stores which aren’t (directly) associated with the manufacturers of the cases they sell. These online stores are operated by ‘ordinary merchants,’ who simply buy the iPod Touch cases in bulk from the respective manufacturers or wholesalers, and proceed to resell them at higher prices than those they procured them at, in order to make profits.
